Expenses such as long distance telephone charges, mileage, commercial printing charges, postage and project/client specific supplies will be billed at cost.

Any expenses over $25 per client project will be submitted for approval in advance.

Standard hourly rates are billed in 15 minute increments. A one (1) hour minimum on all services performed is required.

A 50% deposit is required prior to the start of the task or service. Balance is due at end of task or service. No ongoing commitment required. We will quote you a flat fee for your project including time and materials.

A retainer is a monthly ongoing service with contracted hours. Clients who sign up for the retainer plan receive a discount on their contracted hours. Packages are offered at 10, 20 and 40 hours per month. If you require additional time, please contact us for a price

Retainers require a signed contract and payment is required the first of the month.
